I am currently in the Education and Skills Training Program in the Kitchen Assistant Certificate. I participated in ESTR’s Market, a social enterprise, and worked in the kitchen creating student-made products. Some of the foods that I made include biscuits, soups, rice dishes, stews, spiced nuts, food jars and cookies. I have also done work experience at the Urban Market at TRU which is run by Aramark.
